The Angels added so much new information that I have never heard before! Time Is Speeding Up!
Time is slipping through our fingers so quickly, it's like trying to hold onto sand. It’s not surprising considering how fast the new Quantum energy is entering our planet. It is very important to really be on our game. Be aware of what you are thinking and allowing to occupy your thoughts. Breathe, Breathe, Breathe. I can’t stress this point enough. You need to increase your deep breathing, water intake, and practice letting go of anything that no longer serves your spiritual growth. All my Divinely Downloaded Reagents were upgraded to Quantum Divinely Downloaded by the Angelic's, and some are Quantum + Reagents. I have received the following new Quantum and Quantum + Reagents:

Strengthen My Soul
There were a wonderful series of words given by the Angels about grief that I hope helps others as it helped me.
1st word: There are no right words to be spoken. There is only the love we share with one another that fills the void and makes the difference.
2nd Word: Instead of allowing our hearts to contract we need to allow our hearts to expand then the wound of grief covers less of the overall size of your heart. If you allow your heart to contract the the wound covers a large area of the heart causing extreme harm. Choose to love more and let your heart's expand. That is how you grow and get through these difficult times. Love is always the answer.
Reagents:
All the reagents are in cobalt blue glass bottles. Healing The Broken Hearted is in a Rose quartz sand substrate, all others, are programmed into the with a clear quartz sand substrate from Brazil.
